ADHD

Your brain isn’t broken. It’s just wired for a different kind of support.

If you’re here, you probably already know the facts about ADHD. What you’re looking for is something that actually works — something that meets you in your body, not just in a planner app or a list of productivity hacks that assume a brain that doesn’t work like yours.

That’s where I come in.

Why mind-body work?

ADHD isn’t just a matter of attention. It’s a whole-body experience — a nervous system that runs hot, cold, or sideways depending on the day; a felt sense of restlessness or shutdown that no amount of willpower can talk you out of. Traditional advice (“just focus,” “make a list,” “try harder”) often misses this entirely. It treats ADHD as a thinking problem, when so much of it lives in the body.

Mind-body skills — things like breathwork, somatic awareness, grounding practices, and nervous system regulation — work with your biology instead of against it. They help you notice what’s actually happening in your body before it turns into overwhelm, shutdown, or that familiar spiral of self-criticism. Over time, these tools can help you:

  • Recognize dysregulation earlier, before it derails your day
  • Build a calmer, steadier baseline your attention can actually work from
  • Move through transitions and hard tasks without white-knuckling it
  • Reconnect with your body as an ally, not something working against you
  • Replace shame-based coping with something gentler and more sustainable

My approach

I bring together an understanding of ADHD with practical, body-based tools — nothing performative, nothing that requires you to sit still and meditate for an hour (I know how that sounds if stillness has never come easily to you). We’ll find what actually fits your nervous system, your rhythms, and your life.

This isn’t about eliminating ADHD or turning you into someone else. It’s about helping you build a relationship with your own mind and body that feels workable — even kind.

What working together looks like

Sessions are collaborative and paced to you. We might explore breath and grounding techniques, track patterns in your energy and focus, or work through the emotional layers — like shame or burnout — that so often tag along with ADHD. Whatever we do, the goal is the same: skills you can actually use, in the moments that actually matter.

A little about me

[This is a good spot to add a few sentences about your own story — what drew you to this work, your training or credentials, and anything personal that helps people feel they know you. Even a line or two about your own relationship to ADHD or mind-body practices can go a long way here.]

Let’s talk

If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear where you’re at. There’s no pressure and no perfect way to start — just a conversation about what support could look like for you.
