Online Mind-Body Skills Groups are educational, supportive groups built upon developing self-care skills and are not formal mental health therapy or intended as a substitute for conventional medical treatment or to diagnose or treat specific conditions.

8 Week Skills Group

Online live meet ups. 8-10 participants. 2 Hours a week. The evidence-based skills that you will learn have been documented to help lower levels of stress, improve mood, enhance resiliency and optimism, and help prevent chronic health conditions.

6 Week Skills Group

Online live meet ups. 5-6 participants. 2 Hours a week.

Workshops

Introduction to Mind Body Medicine skills group to agencies and staff. Group practice. How to integrate the techniques in the work place.

In-person Skills Group

Local 8-week skills group in-person, multi-day conventions or seminars, and camping retreats.

To enhance your health with intentional breath work.

To release stress and increase energy with mindful, joyous movement

Self Expression

To find your voice and solutions to previously insoluble problems with journaling and drawing.
